What fitness level is required for adventure tours in Vietnam?
＋This varies dramatically by activity. Ha Giang by private 4x4 requires no particular fitness. Ha Giang by motorcycle requires riding experience and basic fitness. Phong Nha cave treks involve 10-15km of walking on rocky terrain — good fitness and no knee problems recommended. Son Doong is a 4-day jungle and cave expedition requiring excellent fitness and no fear of confined spaces.
Is there diving in Vietnam?
